Safari Overview

We take you to one of Uganda`s most visited National park for aunqine wildlife experience . Set against the backdrop of the jagged Rwenzori Mountains, the park`s magnificent vistas include dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills, panoramic views of the Kazinga Channel with its banks lined with hippos, buffalo and elephants, and the endless Ishasha plains, whose fig trees hide lions ready to pounce on herds of unsuspecting Uganda kob. You also get the chance to track the chimpanzees and other primates in Kyambura Gorge

Day 1: Kampala-Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our drive guide picks you at 7:00am from your hotel of residence, drive to Mbarara and have  your first stopover at the equator for photographs, drive to Mbarara for lunch, there after proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. A game drive enroute may be rewarded with views of Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hyenas and a variety of Antelope species. 

Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge/ Katara Lodge (Luxury Facility) or Bush Lodge/Buffalo Safari Lodge/Simba Safari Camp/ Enganzi Lodge (Mid Lodge) or Ihamba Safari Lodge Bandas (Budget Facility) Meal Plan breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 2: Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park

The day begins early with a cup of coffee set for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks and many more. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch, after lunch enjoy the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George with abundant bird life will be sighted, elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores and this launch cruise will be one of the highlights of your Uganda safari.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth Park-Kampala

After your early morning breakfast, head for a guided primate walk in Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking and among others. After primate walk, drive through Fort Portal. Return to Kampala arriving late evening. End of service
