Itinerary

Day 1, Transfer to Ruhengeri/Parc National Des Volcans
You will be picked up by our company driver/guide a Rwandan Guide from your Hotel in Kigali and transfer to Parc National Des Volcans which is found in the northern area of the country. The park is well known for its rare mountain gorillas and therefore Gorilla trekking is its major tourism activity. Upon arrival you will go for Ruhengeri city tour, after, transfer to your place of accommodation for dinner and overnight at Up-market: Mountain Gorilla View Lodge or Gorillas Nest Lodge
 Moderate: La Palme Hotel or Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge
 Low Budget: Kinigi Guest House or Muhavura Lodge.

Day 2.  Gorilla trekking in Pac des Volcanoes
Have breakfast and go to ORTPN offices for briefing after that set off in the forest for Gorilla trekking. Day 3: Dian Fossey Centre – Kigali city
After an early breakfast, you will again transfer to the Park Headquarters for registration and briefing about the Golden Monkey tracking or Dianne Fossey grave trekking or volcano climbing. You will choose one activity and later set off to start the activity. For those who will be tracking Golden Monkeys, they should be aware that these Golden Monkeys are rare species of primates in Africa and only a few populations can be seen in the Virunga forests of Volcanoes National Park and Mgahinga National Park for the side of Uganda. For those who will go for Dianne Fossey grave Trek, they should be aware that she was an American Zoologist who was murdered in 1985 while on her research about the rare species of Mountain Gorillas and other primates in Parc Des Volcanoes. Her graves are close to her research center.
Afterwards, you will be transferred to the airport.
